L-J-Stompers

LJ’s Stompers are currently celebrating their 12th year of monthly Line Dance Socials.

Lynn has been teaching classes in the Nottingham area for around 14 years and the club was initially set up in 1998 to give members somewhere to go to enjoy the social side of Line Dancing. We always encourage beginners, remembering that we all had to start somewhere!!

Why not come and join us at our venue Brinsley Parish Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley, Nottinghamshire NG16 5BZ, where we meet for our monthly Saturday CD Socials. Kevin, our genial doorman, will be happy to greet you with some friendly banter as you arrive. You would be made to feel very welcome by our friendly members, many who join us from other classes and clubs in the East Midlands area. The doors are open at 7.00pm and we normally open proceedings around 7.30pm with DJ “Dangerous Johnny” playing all types of music to suit most dance levels until around 11.15pm.

Admission is just £4 each (concessions for non-dancers) and this includes a light buffet supper prepared for your pleasure by our very own Maria and Lynn.

There are no bar facilities provided at the hall, so we do invite you to bring along your own drinks etc.
